The neighbourhood is made up of a very diverse range of people.
Our aim is that everyone lives in harmony in their homes.
For this to be possible, we ask that every resident acts in accordance with the Residents charter.
For our community to flourish, we ask that you do these basic things:
- Treat everybody with respect.
- Be considerate of other people’s feelings.
- Keep your flat, and communal areas, clean and tidy.
- Keep noise to an acceptable level
- Speak to people kindly – (including when using this website in the comments or contact page)
Over and above that, I would say, wherever possible, DO A GOOD DEED FOR OTHERS.
I am a massive believer in helping other people and if I could pass one message to you today, it would be “you never know how your kindness could affect someone else”
Even the simplest of kind acts can make somebody’s day that much better.
In our everyday lives, we get very busy and we all have our own loads to carry.
But if you have any capacity at all, please do help those in need of it.
