Hello Shelly Court Residents
With regards to the carpet fitting in the communal areas, we are pleased to announce that the work is progressing.
4 blocks have now been completed.
As of this time, there are 3 more blocks yet to be fitted.
These are Flats 1-4, Flats 5-8 & Flats 9-12.
The work has taken longer than was expected for several reasons.
But the fitters have assured us that they are working diligently to get the outstanding fitting completed as a matter of priority.
This should be completed (hopefully) by next weekend (May 10th/May 11th).
The fitters will then get the areas cleaned up properly and remove the old carpets that are being stored on the visitors car park area.
We would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter.
The communal areas that have been fitted look much fresher with the new carpets and every block will enjoy this same feeling very soon.
If there are any changes to this situation, then we will keep you updated on this website.
